Purchase tickets for The Wellness Gathering 9-dimensional breathwork and sound bath emersion. Each session is 1 hour long, but you can enjoy both and bundle and save!

• Soluna Cove- Healing Beyond the Surface is based out of Texas, but will be passing through Iowa and stopping in Adel to hold this phenomenal guided somatic breathwork journey designed to help with nervous system healing, emotional release, and transformation using breathwork. 1 hour session, starts promptly at 5:15 pm on 10/16, 24 max participants. ($45). 
• Sacred Sounds by Tina offers crystal signing bowls and other therapeutic instruments to create immersive sound bath experiences designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and encourage deep relaxation and emotional balance. This is a 1 hour session, starts promptly at 6:30pm, 24 max participants. ($35).
